- NOTICE OF ZONE TEXT AND GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT HEARINGS FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday, June 7, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold public hearings to consider a request from Symphony Homes to amend setback standards in Chapter 12 of the Zoning Ordinance for side loaded garages related to conservation subdivisions; and adding the recently completed Farmington Linkage Study regarding future I-15/US 89 pedestrian crossing options in the vicinity of the Park Lane Interchange as an appendix to the Farmington City Active Transportation Plan, and element of the City's General Plan.
