- CITY OF WEST HAVEN * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO SOLICIT PUBLIC INPUT TO AMEND THE ANNEXATION POLICY PLAN * PUBLIC HEARING : The Planning Commission of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on the 13th Day of June , 2018 in the Commission Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah from the hour of 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, for the purpose of soliciting public input to amend the annexation policy plan . All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
