AGENDA 4:30 p.m. Bus Tour of Agenda Sites: The Planning Commission will travel in a city bus to drive by each of the agenda sites for which hearings are scheduled. No decisions are made during the tour. The bus leaves from City Hall and the public is invited. 5:30 p.m. I. WELCOME II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the meeting of May 10, 2018 III. PUBLIC HEARING The following items are scheduled for a public hearing before the Commission. The order of the meeting is for the Chair to read the agenda item. Staff will summarize its report to the Commission. The proponent of the project can make a presentation. Public comment is encouraged. The Commission will close the public hearing and deliberate prior to making a decision. PC 18-022 Herm's Inn - WITHDRAWN PC 18-023 Del Taco - requesting to continue to June 14, 2018 [Design Review Permit] Melanie Child/Amsource University Village LLC, authorized agent/owner, request construction of a new 2,773 SF fast-food restaurant at 497 East 1400 North in the Commercial (COM) zone; TIN 04-086-0019. PC 18-024 Woodmoore Pointe Rezone Sterling Land Holdings, LLC/Wesethel, LLC, authorized agent/owner, request a zone change from Neighborhood Residential (NR-6) to Mixed Residential (MR-9) on 16.69 acres located at approximately 1100 West 1800 South. PC 18-020 AutoCare Garage Building - continued from May 10, 2018 [Design Review Permit] Cartwright AEC/AutoCare Properties LLC, authorized agent/owner, request a new 10,400 SF garage building for the storage of tow trucks on 3.32 acres located at 1240 South Hwy 89/91 in the Commercial (COM) zone; TIN 02-087-0014. PC 18-021 Center Street Historic District Design Standards - continued from May 10, 2018 Logan City requests adoption of the Historic District Design Standards for the Center Street National Historic District. The update has been guided by a Steering Committee comprised of members of the Historic Preservation Commission, Planning Commission, City Council, City Administration and public, and includes a comprehensive review and update of the existing guidelines with an emphasis on incorporating current best practices, technology, and materials innovations which are appropriate and acceptable under the Secretary of the Interior's Standards.
