Discuss Enforcement of Land Use Ordinance, Section 1639-Required Property Maintenance, Section 1640-Noxious Weeds, Section 1641-Storage of Abandoned Vehicles, Trash, and Debris Prohibited and City Code 5-2-6 Removal of Materials by City Permitted-Owner to Pay Costs, 5-2-7 Collection of Costs and 5-2-9 Enforcement 2. Review Appendix A, Table of Uses: Regarding Proximity and Placement of Dwelling Units, Two Family 3. Discuss City's Standards and Codes 4. Approve Minutes 5.
