Notice is hereby given that the Development Review Committee (DRC) of Springville will consider the following items on THURSDAY, MAY 24, 2018 in Conference Room #217 of the Springville City Civic Center, 110 South Main. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M. Members of the Springville City Development Review Committee will meet for a closed briefing of the agenda items at 8:30 A.M. in the Springville City Civic Center. The agenda for the Open Session meeting will be as follows: 1. 9:00 A.M. - Scott & Kirsten Hullinger seeking plat amendment approval for Lots 49 and 50 of East Canyon Cove, Plat E, located at 1677 East 750 South in the R1-10 Single-Family Residential Zone. 2. 9:20 A.M. - Paul Creer seeking plat amendment approval for Lots 97 and 98 of Cherrington Heights, Plat E, located at 309 South 2080 East in the R1-10 Single-Family Residential Zone. 3. 9:40 A.M. - Howard Nelson seeking approval of the Nelson Summit Subdivision located in the area of 1425 East Center Street in the R1-10 Single-Family Residential Zone. 4. 10:00 A.M. - The State of Utah seeking site plan approval for the Utah School for the Deaf and Blind to be located at 1160 West 900 South in the R1-10 Single-Family Residential Zone.
