- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Washington Terrace Planning Commission will a hold public hearings on May 31, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. to hear comments on a site plan development located at 50 East 4600 South. The site plan is a possible remodel with addition to an existing structure. They will also hear comment on amending Chapter 17.44 and adding section 17.44.080.(5) 'Shrubbery', which will identify the impact to traffic egress flow within the residential zone. Said hearings will be held at City Hall, 5249 S 400 E, Washington Terrace City. ADA Accommodations and Auxiliary aids and services are available upon request to individuals with disabilities by calling 801-395-8283 three days prior to the meeting.
