PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 5:30 PM on 05/23/2018. RESOLUTION NO. 2018-06 - Consideration and possible approval of 'A FINAL BOND RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE $606,000 CEMETERY REVENUE AND SALES TAX REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2018 (THE 'SERIES 2018 BONDS'), FOR CEMETERY IMPROVEMENTS; AND RELATED MATTERS'. 6. RESOLUTION NO. 2018-07 - Consideration and possible approval of ' A RESOLUTION UPDATING AND ESTABLISHING THE FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE PRICE CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT AND REPEALING THE FEE SCHEDULE ADOPTED PER RESOLUTION NO. 2016-14'. CONSENT AGENDA 7. MINUTES a. May 9, 2018 City Council Meeting 8. INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT - Consideration and possible approval of a proposed 'Interlocal Agreement Between Price City and Carbon County for Criminal Prosecution Services'. 9. WAGE ADJUSTMENT - Consideration and approval to increase the hourly wage of Sherrie Gordon based on certification as a Municipal Clerk and in harmony with her original employment offer.
