The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll Call 3. Opening Ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct the following public hearing: a. The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Aaron and Lindsey Atwood for a conditional use to build a garage on their lot located in the RCA (Residential Critical Area) Zone. The garage is located at 1355 South 200 West: Tax Id # 10-048-0004. 7. Laurie Christensen-Discuss and get final approval for the conditional use of declaring her home located at 436 South 100 West a Multiple Family Dwelling (Duplex). 8. Discuss compliance of conditional use for South Valley RV Repair located at 252 East 760 South in Wellsville. 9. Continue discussion of the 6-foot screening area located in the Sterling Ridge Subdivision and fencing requirement along 1600 South. 10. Other zoning matters
