- Notice of Public Hearing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HILDALE/COLORADO CITY UTILITY BOARD, WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AT 6:15 P.M., TUESDAY, MAY 29, 2018, AT THE HILDALE CITY HALL, 320 EAST NEWEL AVENUE, HILDALE, UTAH, FOR ADJUSTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2018 BUDGET AND ADOPTING A PROPOSED FISCAL YEAR 2019 BUDGET TO PRESENT TO THE HILDALE CITY COUNCIL AND THE COLORADO CITY COUNCIL.
