Public notice is given that the Planning Commission of the Town of Apple Valley, Washington County, Utah will hold a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, May 22, 2018, at 6:00 PM at the Apple Valley Town Hall, 1777 N. Meadowlark Dr., Apple Valley, Utah. In accordance with state statute, one or more council members may be connected via speakerphone.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Call to Order
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Discussion of Zone Change from OST to Cabin/Tiny Home Park Zone for AV-1337 (1752 W Plains Dr), Owner Aaron Stout, and OST to C-2 for AV 1335, Owners Merritt and Robbins-Minter Family Trusts. Properties located on North and South side of Plains Drive just off HWY 59.
4. Set a hearing date for the zone changes
5. Land Use Work Meeting and Possible Action on Topics Discussed
6. Adjournment
