- Public Notice is given that the Smithfield City Redevelopment Agency Board will meet in a scheduled meeting at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah on Wednesday, May 23, 2018. The meeting will begin no sooner than 7:30 P.M. 1. Approval of the RDA meeting minutes from January 10, 2018. 2. Public Hearing for the purpose of discussing adjustments to the Fiscal Year 2018 budget and the new budget for Fiscal Year 2019. 3. Discussion and possible vote on RDA Resolution 18-01, a Resolution adjusting the Fiscal Year 2018 Budget. 4. Discussion and possible vote on RDA Resolution 18-02, a Resolution adopting the new budget for Fiscal Year 2019. 5. Board Member reports. Adjournment
