- PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, 6:00 p.m. in the Richfield City Council Chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a preliminary subdivision application filed by Garth (Tooter) Ogden/Ideal Acres regarding property located at approximately 800 North 700 East.
