Description/Agenda: The Town of Genola Planning Commission hereby gives notice of a Public Hearing Wednesday, May 30th, 2018 scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Genola Public Safety Building located at 455 N Main St. in Genola. The purpose of this hearing is to consider proposed zone change petition from A-1 Agricultural Zone to the R-1 Residential Zone for the property owned by Danny and Sharon Throckmorton Parcel #29.030.0105 located at approximately 300 E Center in Genola. Notice is further given that if the zone changes are recommended by the Planning Commission, the Genola Town Council will hear this item at their June 9th, 2018 Town Council Meeting to commence at 7:00 p.m. Posted in the Genola Town Office, the Genola Public Safety Building and the Utah Public Website on or before May 17th, 2018.
