Hooper, at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday May 17th, 2018. Work meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. THE AGENDA FOR THE MEETING CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING: 1. CALL TO ORDER Pledge of Allegiance & Reverence 2. PRESENTAION Julee Smith- YCC Family Crisis Director 3. REPORTS April Financials FY 2017-2018 4. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES 5. CITY BUSINESS 1. Final Approval for Halls Crossing Subdivision Development and Settlement Agreement at approx. 6000 South 4300 West (53 Lots) 2. Review and adopt the tentative budget for 2017-2018 budget 3. Set the Public Hearing date for adoption of the 2018-2019 budget/certified tax rate 4. Adoption of Resolution R-2018-01 of the Biennial Moderate-Income Housing Report 5.
