NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Gunnison City, Utah Council Business 1) 7:00 p.m. Department of Environmental Quality 2) 7:30 p.m. Gunnison Valley Hospital Board Members Report –Shawn Crane and Sara Donaldson 3) Planning for Redevelopment of Main Street and Corner Property 4) Discuss New City Website 5) Update on replacing Water Meters with the new Stick Read Meters – Donald Childs 6) Approve Minutes from City Council Meeting Wednesday, October 27, 2010 open and closed session 7) Identification of Items to be included on Future Agendas 8) Approve Bills and Adjustments 9) Closed Session 10) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 2 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
