PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., at the Pleasant Grove Recreation Center, 547 S Locust Ave, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at Approx. 360 S 1300 W (Sam White's Lane) Public Hearing to consider a request of DoTERRA International, LLC for approval of a proposed site plan for a new medical building, as part of the DoTERRA campus, on property located at approximately 360 South 1300 West in the The Grove Zone -Commercial Sales Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 3384 N 750 W (Manila Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Kyle Nelson for a conditional use permit to allow an 8-foot fence on property located at 3384 North 750 West in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Annexation - Located at Approx. 3300 N 900 W (Manila Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance (2018-12) amending Pleasant Grove City Boundaries by annexing a 35.20 acre parcel of land to be known as Smart Family Annexation from Utah County into Pleasant Grove City. Location is approximately 3300 North 900 West, Pleasant Grove Utah, with the zoning designation of A-1 (Agriculture, Very Low Density Residential, 1 acre lots). Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at Approx. 1064 S North County Blvd (Sam White's Lane) Public Hearing to consider a request of Daniel Thomas for a 1-lot preliminary subdivision plat called Valley Grove Business Park Plat 'D' on property located at approximately 1064 S North County Boulevard in the Interchange Subdistrict of The Grove Zone. Public Hearing: City Code Amendment - Chapter 14: The Grove Zoning District (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider the request of Mckay Christensen to create an overlay zone that provides for flexibility in creating master-planned communities that incorporate commercial, office and mixed-use buildings as well as a variety housing types.
