Report from Linda on her queries in Springdale. I'm meeting with my contact this week.
Each board member to find one or more sponsors for event 'For the Love of Art' Home Tour with tickets at $65 each scheduled for September 21 & 22, 2018.
Please get all contact information so that we can be sure to thank them in writing and in acknowledgements etc.
This event began in 2007 for our Tenth Anniversary and has taken place every year in the fall since. As Soup N' Bowl is in the spring, fall for the Home Tour works well. We choose 3 homes, touring in one of two busses that hold 14 each, taking alternate routes. At the conclusion, everyone has lunch at the Painted Pony. Home Tour is both Friday & Saturday.
If we go to Springdale, we would all go together and have lunch at a Springdale restaurant.
OLD BUSINESS:
Advisory Board to meet in the summer? June 20? July 18? August 15?
Need bio/resume from Susan Spackman & Cynthia Callaghan to become officially on the Advisory Board. I have the information from Elsa Picklesheimer and another potential board member, Jeanette Langston. It would be good to get it all together and ready to submit at the same time to the City Council and Mayor.
