CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 15th day of May 2018 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember N. Sparks - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held May 1, 2018 2. New Business - Utah Municipal Clerk Association - Certified Municipal Clerk Presentation for Kristi Hidalgo - Dillon Clark - Eagle Scout Project Proposal - Brant Goodey - Eagle Scout Project Proposal - FY 2019 Proposed Budget Discussion - Resolution 18-10 'A Resolution Adopting the Clarkston Town FY 2019 Proposed Budget - Ordinance 18-02 'An Ordinance Amending Section 9-1-3 of the Clarkston Town Code and Providing that the Building Inspector May Waive the Submission of Construction Documents in Some Instances Upon An Application For a Building Permit For An Agricultural Building and Amending Portions of sections 9-2-3, 9-3-4(C) and 9-7-1 of the Clarkston Town Code' - Executive Session to discuss the 2018 Citizen of the Year 3.
