- Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee Notice & Agenda The regularly scheduled meeting of the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee will be held at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, 15 May 2018, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State St. The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Meeting call to order 2. Roll call 3. Approve minutes of 17 April 2018 meeting 4. Petitions & Communications: a. Helen Clawson, concerning right of way to property b. Lee Fox, concerning addition to garage 5. Business: a. review & revise Ch 10, Development & Subdivisions, of the Wales Town Planning & Zoning Ordinance 6. Adjourn **If you have business or questions that need to be addressed by the Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee please contact Velva Lee Sherman at 436-9345 or 436-5151. In order to be added to the agenda, please call at least one week prior to the meeting held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Thank you.**
