PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Grantsville City Planning Commission will hold a business meeting on Thursday, November 13, 2008 in the Grantsville City Hall Council Chambers at 429 E. Main Street in Grantsville, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly 0at 7:00 P.M. The agenda shall be as follows:
7:00 P.M. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
a. Proposed General Plan amendment for Tanner Scadden for 8.6 acres of land located at approximately 600 West Clark Street to go from a Medium Density Residential designation to a Commercial / Higher Density Residential designation for the purpose of a residential development.
b. Proposed P.U.D. for Gordie Fields to develop land he owns located at 124 East Main Street in the CS zone. Proposed plans include a retail shop and a rec center.
c. Proposed concept plan / P.U.D. for M-5 Development Company on Country Village P.U.D. containing 226 lots on 126.48 acres located at approximately 700 South Quirk Street in an R-1-21 zone.
d. Proposal of a second concept plan for Oquirrh Estates development on 91 acres located at approximately 400 South SR 112 for 288 multi-family units and 99 single family lots along with a proposed commercial site in a split zone of RM-15 and CS.

OFFICIALLY CALLED TO ORDER BY CHAIRPERSON ANGELA GRANT.

5. Consideration of an amendment to the definition of Private Street in Chapter 2.
6. Report from Council Liaison Member Todd Castagno.
7. Approval of minutes of the last business meeting held in October.
