Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Millville City will hold a meeting on Thursday, May 17, 2018 in the Millville City Office, at 510 East 300 South, Millville, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 8:00 p.m.

4. Review and approval of minutes from May 3, 2018.
5. Action Items:
A. Consideration of zoning clearance for a building permit by Linn Stuebner for a residence to be located at 511 North 250 East, CopperLeaf, Lot 1, in Millville, UT.
B. Consideration of zoning clearance for a building permit by Scott Kirby for a residence to be located at 56 North 400 East, Mond-Aire Heights, Lot 57, in Millville, UT.
C. Consideration of zoning clearance for a building permit by Sierra Homes for a residence to be located at 387 North 100 East, Park Meadows, Lot 6, in Millville, UT.
D. Consideration of zoning clearance for a building permit by Jerin Anderson for a residence to be located at 10 North 500 East, Mond Aire Heights, Lot 41, in Millville, UT.
E. Consideration of zoning clearance for a building permit by Michael Johnson for an accessory building to be located on the property at 625 North Main in Millville, UT.
