- CLARKSTON TOWN LAND, USE & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Land Use & Development Commission will hold a LUDMA Meeting on the 14th day of May 2018 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve Minutes of the LUDMA Meeting held on April 11, 2018 and the LUDMA Public Hearing held on April 30, 2018. 2. New Business - Residential Building Permit - Jimmy & Megan Balls - Home - 198 S 200 W - Glade Poulsen - Subdivision - ~100 N 100 E - Residential Building Permit - Glade Poulsen/Kirsten Godfrey - Home - 152 E 100 N - Building Permit - DUP - Tithing Granary - 88 1/2 W Center - Building Permit - DUP - Cabin - 88 1/2 W Center - Alan Spencer - 200 W - 300 W/300 N - 384 N Road 3. Other Business - Wayne Cooper - Discuss Agricultural Building Ordinance Amendments - Training - Councilmember Nichole Sparks - Training 4.
