Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting on May 14, 2018 9:00 A.M. at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Chad Blackburn seeking site plan approval for the Professional Plumbing Systems office/warehouse building located at 1742 West 500 North in the L-IM Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone. 2. Ashley Construction seeking an amendment to the Precision Land Management site plan to include a shared access way located at 1726 West 500 North in the L-IM Light-industrial Manufacturing Zone. 3. T&R Leasing, LLC, seeking site plan approval for the Fibertel office/shop building located at 855 N 450 W in the L-IM Light Industrial-Manufacturing Zone. 4. Larry Mills seeking Site Plan approval for Organa International located at 533 North 1650 West in the L-IM Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone. PUBLIC COMMENT MAY BE ACCEPTED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE DIRECTOR The City will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
