Grid City Brewing Conditional Use at approximately 10 S 800 West - A request by Justin Belliveau (owner) for Conditional Use approval for a small brewery and social club located at the above listed property. The applicant is proposing to build a new structure to accommodate the uses noted above as well as outdoor dining space on site. The property is currently vacant. The subject property is located in a TSA-UN-T (Transit Station Area Urban Neighborhood Transition) District, and in Council District 2 represented by Andrew Johnston. The subject property is located in the CC (Commercial Corridor) zoning district and is located in Council District 2, represented by Andrew Johnston.
