WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA 5/23/2018 at 4:00 p.m. The Public Hearing is held in the City Council Chambers at West Valley City Hall. 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, UT 84119 Two meetings that relate to the Public Hearing will be held in room 220 of City Hall: A Study Session will be held a week prior to the Public Hearing on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. and a Planning Commission Pre-Meeting will be held the day of the Public Hearing at 3:30 p.m. ___Fuller ___Lovato ___McEwen ___Meaders ___Porter ___Winters ___Wood ___Woodruff GENERAL PLAN/ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION GPZ-4-2018 Petition by PAUL GARBETT requesting an amendment to the General Plan of West Valley City by reclassifying the following described property from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential (7 to 12 units per acre) and a zone change from R-1-8 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential) to RM (Multiple Unit Dwelling Residential). The property is located at 5332 West Highbury Parkway on 12.85 acres.
