- Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Planning Commission shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Aaron and Lindsey Atwood for a conditional use to build a garage on their lot located in the RCA (Residential Critical Area) Zone. The garage is located at 1335 South 200 West, Tax Id #10-048-0004.
