- CITY OF WEST HAVEN * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO SOLICIT PUBLIC INPUT ON AMENDING THE CITY WIDE GENERAL PLAN * PUBLIC HEARING : The Planning Commission of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on the 23th Day of May , 2018 in the Commission Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah from the hour of 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, for the purpose of soliciting public input on amending the city wide General Plan. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
