- City of Washington Terrace Redevelopment Agency Meeting Tuesday, May 15, 2018 following the Regular City Council Meeting City Hall Council Chambers 5249 South 400 East, Washington Terrace City 1. ROLL CALL 2. INTRODUCTION OF GUESTS 3. CONSENT ITEMS Any point of order or issue regarding items on the Agenda or the order of the agenda need to be addressed here prior to the approval of the agenda. 3.1 APPROVAL OF AGENDA 3.2 APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES FROM MARCH 6, 2018 4. SPECIAL ORDER Special orders will proceed as follows: Chair introduction of item, staff/applicant presentation, questions by Board, Chair opens public hearing, citizen input; Chair closes public hearing, then Board final discussion. 4.1 PUBLIC HEARING: TO HEAR COMMENT ON THE FISCAL YEAR 2018 AMENDED BUDGET, FISCAL YEAR 2019 TENTATIVE BUDGET, AND FISCAL YEAR 2020-2023 BUDGET PLAN 5.
