- KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 24, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center, Kaysville, to consider: Rezone of 1.1 acres of property at 1915 South Shepard Lane from A-5 (Heavy Agriculture) to the R-1-20 (Single Family Residential) zoning district.
