NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. GEORGE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH Public Notice Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, May 10, 2018 in the Administrative Conference Room, St. George City Hall, 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah, commencing at 4:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: CONSIDER AWARD OF BID FOR THE SAND HOLLOW BICYCLE SKILLS PARK. BACKGROUND and RECOMMENDATION: This project includes the construction of a bike skills area with a variety of different bike trails, jumps, and unique features. The project also includes grading, drainage, and site utilities for a restrooms, pavilion, gravel parking area, and paved shared use trails that will further connect the site amenities. This was a formal bid and the City received four bids. Recommend awarding the bid to Interstate Rock Products. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT FOR CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 499 EAST TABERNACLE. BACKGROUND and RECOMMENDATION: This property is located in the old platted area of St. George, which has the additional ROW behind the sidewalk. The ROW has already been vacated. Recommend approval to sell the property to the applicant, Robert McMillan. DISCUSSION REGARDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2018-19 BUDGET AND UTILITY RATE ADJUSTMENT. APPOINTMENTS TO BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS OF THE CITY. REPORTS FROM MAYOR, COUNCILMEMBERS, AND CITY MANAGER.
