COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Richfield City will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2019. The project is the development of infrastructure (curb and gutter, sidewalk and asphalt shoulders) for a new City Park to be located at 500 East and 500 North in Richfield. Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 7:00 P.M. on May 22, 2018 and will be held at the Richfield City Council Chambers, 75 East Center, Richfield, UT 84701. Further information can be obtained by contacting City Recorder Michele Jolley at (435)896-6439. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify City Recorder Michele Jolley at Richfield City, 75 East Center, Richfield, UT 84701 at least three days prior to the hearing.
