NOTICE OF A JOINT MEETING OF THE HOLLADAY CITY COUNCIL & REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD THURSDAY, MAY 10, 2018 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Municipal Council & RDA Board will hold a joint meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 5:30 p.m. It is possible that a member of the Council/Board will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Welcome and Call to Order - Mayor Dahle 2. Continued Public Hearing on Proposed Cottonwood Mall Site Development Master Plan (SDMP) 3. Continued Public Hearing on Proposed Agreement to Develop Land (ADL) with Ivory Development, LLC and Cottonwood Mall, LLC 4. Adjourn to Joint Work Meeting 5. Discussion on Proposed Cottonwood Mall Site Development Master Plan (SDMP) 6. Discussion on Proposed Agreement to Develop Land (ADL) with Ivory Development, LLC and Cottonwood Mall, LLC 7. Discussion on Previous Public Hearings: a. Lot Consolidation & Maximum Lot Size Standards in the Residential Zone b. Alcohol Licensing Classifications & Locations of Establishments c. Street Banners in the Right-of-Way d. Signage in the RM Zone to allow for a Second Sign on Double Frontage Lots 8. Discussion on Support of the Proposed .25% Local Option Sales Tax for Transportation 9. Council Reports & District Issues 10. Calendar - schedule of upcoming meetings Council Meetings - May 17, June 7, 14 & 21, 2018 RDA Meetings - May 17, June 7 & 21, 2018 11. Closed Session pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-204 & 205 to Discuss Personnel Issues, Potential Litigation and Property Acquisition and Disposition -(If needed) 12. Adjourn On Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 10:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay Offices, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was emailed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. The agenda was also posted at the Holladay Library, City internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
