MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF NIBLEY CITY UTAH AGENDA NOVEMBER 4, 2010 6:10 Call to order A PUBLIC HEARING TO RECEIVE INPUT FROM THE PUBLIC WITH RESPECT TO THE ISSUANCE OF LEASE REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2010 (THE "BONDS") AND THE ECONOMIC IMPACT THAT THE ISSUANCE OF THE BONDS WILL HAVE ON THE PRIVATE SECTOR. THE BONDS TO BE ISSUED IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT TO EXCEED $850,000, ISSUED FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW CITY HALL AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS AND PAYING THE COSTS OF ISSUING THE BONDS. CONSIDERATION OF THE ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING $850,000 LEASE REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2010 (FEDERALLY TAXABLE - BUILD AMERICA BONDS (DIRECT PAYMENT)) FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING A NEW CITY HALL AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS; AUTHORIZING A LEASE, GROUND LEASE, MASTER RESOLUTION AND SECURITY DOCUMENTS; PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT AND SECURITY OF THE BONDS; AND RELATED MATTERS.
