Discuss/approve/deny eliminating idle water connection fees. 6. Discuss/approve/deny increasing the fire chief's monthly stipend and firefighter wages based upon certifications. 7. Discuss/approve/deny agreement for technical engineering services, general on-call services and work release for water master plan with Sunrise Engineering. 8. Discuss/approve/deny changes in the city's financial statements to come into compliance with State regulations. 9. Department and employee reports. 10. Adjourn.
