- Helper City will hold a public hearing to receive public comments on the proposed grant application to the Community Impact Board. The grant will in the amount of $30,000 for Main Street improvements. The hearing will be held at 19 South Main Street in the Council Chambers on May 18, 2018 at 1:00 P.M.
- Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
- In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Helper will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling 472-5391 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.

- IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS. THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS SHALL SERVE AS THE ANCHOR LOCATION. MEMBERS OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.
