Notice is hereby given that the Development Review Committee (DRC) of Springville will consider the following items on THURSDAY, MAY 10, 2018 in Conference Room #217 of the Springville City Civic Center, 110 South Main. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M. Members of the Springville City Development Review Committee will meet for a closed briefing of the agenda items at 8:30 A.M. in the Springville City Civic Center. The agenda for the Open Session meeting will be as follows: 1. 9:00 A.M. - Roderick Enterprises seeking site plan approval for Phase 2 located 2177 West 700 South in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. 2. 9:20 A.M. - Jason Faller seeking site plan approval for Camera 40 Production Studios, Phase 2, located at 2256 West 700 South in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. 3. 9:45 A.M. - DDO, Utah seeking site plan approval for Taco Bell located at 1680 West 400 South in the RC-Regional Commercial Zone. 4. 10:15 A.M. - Larry McColm seeking plat amendment approval for the Dial Development-Phase 2 subdivision, located at 434 South 2000 West in the RC-Regional Commercial Zone. 5. 10:30 A.M. - Larry McColm seeking site plan approval for the Springville Business Park.Com office/warehouse development located at 478 South 2000 West.
