Description/Agenda: Mayor Mike Crawford called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. 1. ROLL CALL. PRESENT: Mayor Mike Crawford Councilmember Manny Carrillo Councilmember Dennis Sweat Councilmember Dale Higley (arrived 6:15) Councilmember Radine Murphy City Administrator Glenn Wadsworth City Treasurer Lori Palafox City Clerk/Recorder Devan Clevenger ABSENT: Councilmember Gordon Stewart AUDIENCE: Ken Quirk 2. PLANNING OF 2018/2019 ANNUAL BUDGET AND `MATTERS RELATED THERETO. City Treasurer Lori Palafox discussed employee raises and also an increase rates on the health insurance. 3. ADJOURNMENT. Motion to adjourn the budget working meeting made by Councilmember Radine Murphy, seconded by Councilmember Manny Carrillo.
