KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening and approval of minutes from the meeting of April 26, 2018. 2. Conditional use permit for a major home occupation 'B': a. Handyman at 680 North Main Street #D-12 - Kenneth Christopher Harker. b. Life coaching at 93 North Havenwood Drive - Susan Greenwell. 3. Conditional use permit for residential child care at 390 West 175 South - Lori Pulido. 4. Conditional use permit for farm animals at 61 East Coburn Circle - Heather and Joseph Swarens. 5. Conditional use permit for a model home and development sign at 92 North Flint Street - Symphony Homes. 6. Conditional use permit for sale of liquor for consumption on the premise of a limited-service restaurant - Munkhtuul 'Ken' Erdenebileg. 7. Public hearing and preliminary plat approval for Shadybrook Subdivision Lot 4 Amended at approximately 600 North Hill Farms Lane - David Faerber. 8. Call to the public. 9. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a. Reports. b. Correspondence. c. Calendar. 10. Adjournment.
