- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday May 7, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda Mayor will open stating time and date: 1. Approve minutes from the April 16, 2018 Council Meeting 2. Dale Craw: Drainage 3. Julian de Leon: Loaded Burgers Food Trailer business license 4. Bryant Davis: Building variance decision 5. Memorandum of understanding agreement with Fire District 6. Kolby Blackner: Request for Planning & Zoning to work on tier system and livestock buffer zone for 2012 annexation. 7. Kevin Wicker: Mapping 8. Hire swimming pool manager assistant 9. Hire Librarian 10. Kevin Carter: Wage scale 11. Pay bills 12. Other Business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of §52-4-204 and §52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1.
