State Street Room 406 PO Box 145480 Salt Lake City, UT 84114 801-535-7700 ON THE AGENDA Request: Planned Development to define the cross access easements and modify the landscaping requirements for a four-lot subdivision in order to develop a 143-Unit Hotel (Staybridge Suites Hotel) located at approximately 310 N Apollo Road. Zoning: M-1 (Light Manufacturing) zoning district located in Council District 1 represented by James Rogers.
