- AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR SESSION MAY 16, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on May 16, 2018 at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Hearing, review and action on a zone map amendment from the PR 3.0 Planned Residential to the TOD Transit Oriented Development zone in the vicinity of 330 South 570 West 3. Hearing, review and action on a zone map amendment to add AA Alpine Storage located at 74 East 500 South to the I-15 Corridor Sign Location Overlay zone 4. Hearing, review and action on a zone map amendment from the R-4-7,500 Residential to the CC-1 Central Commercial zone, located at 34 West 100 North 5. Review and action on the final plat for Walnut Court Plat B, consisting of two lots, located at 350 West 400 North in the R-2-7,500 Residential zone 6. Other Business 7. Site Plan 8. Review and action on the minutes of the May 2, 2018 Planning Commission Regular Session 9. Adjournment
