Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Plain City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 24, 2018 - which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. in the Plain City Hall at 4160 West 2200 North. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on rezoning property owned by Joseph R. & Bonneta Patterson Family Trust / Papageorge Estates, LLC, located at approximately 2950 W 1975 N. Petitioners have proposed that the property be rezoned from an RE-20 zone (20,000 Sq. Ft. minimum lot size) to an R-1-11 zone (11,000 Sq. Ft. minimum lot size). More information may be obtained at the City Office. Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing or to file written comments with the City Recorder at the same address.
