- NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING AND REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on 09 May 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Citizen Concerns 3. Elmo Cub Scouts 4. Town Beautification - MarLayne Gordon 5. Town Employee Report 6. Animal Control Officer Report 7. Complaint Received from Josh Fielder - follow up 8. CIB Meeting Discussion - Moving forward on Project- Fire - Kitchen addition. - followup 9. Town Truck - Registration - followup 10. Discussion of 2019 budget Recommendations 11. Board Member Reports/Concerns 12. Review of Past Due Water Bills - 13. Delena's Items -Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements 14. Executive Session - if needed Any other business that may regularly come before the Council.
