- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of MILLCREEK will assemble in a special public Work meeting on Monday May 7th 2018 at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah 84106, commencing at 4 p.m. 4:00 p.m. - Special Work MEETING: 1. ZT-18-004 Amendment to Title 19 updating standards for accessory structures in the R-1, R-2, & R-4 Zones 1.1 Discussion of Commissioners' perspectives 1.2 Review current ordinance language 1.3 Discussion of proposed changes in ordinance 1.4 Prepare for public testimony, further discussion, development of a draft 2. ZT-18-002 Adoption of a Master Development Overlay Zone 2.1 Discussion of Commissioner's perspective 2.2 Review current ordinance language 2.3 Discussion of proposed changes in ordinance 2.4 Prepare for public testimony, further discussion, development of a draft 3. Adoption of a City Center Overlay Zone 3.1 Summary of Public Outreach 3.2 Discussion of proposed changes in ordinance. 4. Adjourn Important notice: This is a public meeting, not a public hearing. Oral comments from the public will not be taken at this meeting. Written comments from the public, in any form, received prior to this meeting, will be accepted, summarized and reviewed at this meeting.
