Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Millville City will hold a meeting on Thursday, May 3, 2018 in the Millville City Office, at 510 East 300 South, Millville, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 8:00 p.m.

4. Review and approval of minutes from Apr 19, 2018.
5. Action Items:
A. Consideration of zoning clearance for a building permit by Casey Owen for a residence to be located at 480 East 25 North, Mond Aire Heights, Lot 63, in Millville, UT.
B. Public Hearing - Creation of new residential zones 8:05 pm
C. Recommendation to City Council regarding adoption of new zones
D. Consideration of zoning clearance for a building permit by Thomas Fullmer for an accessory building to be located on the property at 260 North Main in Millville, UT.
E. Consideration of zoning clearance for a building permit by Steven Stacey for a residence to be located at 580 North 300 East, CopperLeaf, Lot 24, in Millville, UT.
F. Review and recommendation to the City Council regarding the Millville Canyon Ridge revised drawings (2nd amendment).
G. Consideration of zoning clearance for a building permit by Sierra Homes for a residence to be located at 132 North 500 East, Mond Aire Heights, Lot 35, in Millville, UT.
