PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., at the Pleasant Grove Recreation Center, 547 S Locust Ave, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at Approx. 2142 N 270 E (Big Spring Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Blake Jumper for a three-lot preliminary subdivision plat called The Retreat at Savage View Plat 'A,' and phasing plan, on property located at approximately 2142 North 270 East in the R1-20 (Single-family Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at Approx. 298 N 100 E (Little Denmark Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request from Allan Colledge for a 4 lot preliminary subdivision plat called Woodgate Subdivision, located at approximately 298 N 100 E. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 4454 North Canyon Rd (Manila Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Jason Sargent for a conditional use permit to allow an accessory structure, 21 feet in height, on property located at 4454 North Canyon Road in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 891 E 900 S (Scratch Gravel Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Curtis Hymas for a conditional use permit to allow an addition to a nonconforming single-family dwelling on property located at 891 East 900 South in the R1-9 (Single-family Residential) Zone.
