NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD CITY, SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. Roll Call. 2. Conditional Use Permit: Consider approving a laundromat business to be located at 415 South Main (old Texaco property) (CS zone, C-1 use). 3. Fence. Consider approving Mark Dean's request for permission to construct a fence taller than 6 feet at his property at 228 South 200 West (R1-10 zone). 4. Subdivision: Preliminary review of proposed plat for Ideal Acres, Phase 1. 5. Other Business: Other items. 6. Adjournment.
