CONSIDER CHANGES TO THE SENIOR PUD ORDINANCE (Legislative)
Consider specifying a rear setback for Senior PUDs of 20 feet, in accordance with other required rear setbacks.

CONSIDER CHANGES TO THE CUL-DE-SAC DIMENSIONS IN THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE (Legislative)
Consider changing the length, and turnaround diameter, of cul-de-sacs. The Regulation (Cul-de-Sac Model) on our website differs from the ordinance. See HPC Code 13.60.010 Minimum Improvement Requirements, section C.
CONSIDER CHANGES TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND LUA ORDINANCES (Legislative)
Consider changing the name of LUA to Development Review Committee (DRC) and defining member appointments and assignments as well as term expiration dates for alternate members, among other changes.
