- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 1st day of May 2018 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember L. Bytheway - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held April 17, 2018 2. New Business - Kyler Vincent - Eagle Scout Project Proposal - Ted Goodey - Road Gravel Request - Sunrise Engineering - Scott Archibald- Source Protection Plans 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department Councilmember R. Thompson - Roads Department - Youth Council - Health Days Parade - May 12, 2018 at 10:00 am. - Sports - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember E. Goodey - Animal Control - Emergency Preparedness - Pony Express Days Councilmember L. Bytheway - Water Department - Parks Department Councilmember N. Sparks - April Warrant List - Cemetery Department - LUDMA 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - May 15, 2018 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
