NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE CITY OF HOLLADAY CITY COUNCIL THURSDAY, MAY 3, 2018 COUNCIL CHAMBERS 4580 S 2300 E HOLLADAY, UTAH 84117 5:00 p.m. Council Dinner - Council members will be eating dinner. No city business will be discussed. 5:30 p.m. Briefing Session - The Council will review and discuss the agenda items; NO decisions will be made PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a City Council meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location. In an effort to conserve resources, the Council has gone paperless. Council Members will be using a variety of electronic devices during the meeting. AGENDA I. Welcome - Mayor Dahle II. Pledge of Allegiance III. Public Comments Any person wishing to comment on any item not otherwise on the agenda may address the Council during the public comment period. Approach the microphone and give your name and address for the record. Comments should be limited to three minutes or five minutes for a group spokesperson, additional time may be allotted at the discretion of the Chair. Comments which cannot be made within these time limits should be submitted in writing to the City Recorder prior to noon the day before the meeting so they can be copied and distributed to the Council. IV. Public Hearing on Amendments to Chapters 13.14.040 and 13.10 Regarding Lot Consolidation Language and Maximum Lot Size Standards in Residential Zones V. Public Hearing Amendments to Chapters 13.04.040, 13.100.010 and 13.63.030 Regarding Alcohol Licensing Classifications and Locations of Establishments VI. Public Hearing on Adding a New Chapter 13.82.126 Street Banners Located within the Right of Way. VII. Public Hearing on Amendment to Section 13.82.201: Signs, in the R-M Zone to Allow a Second Sign on Double Frontage Lots VIII. Continued Public Hearing on Mall SDMP PLEASE NOTE: Residents who have previously addressed the Council will not be heard again. IX. Presentation of 2018-19 Tentative Budgets - Manager Chamness X. Consideration of Resolution 2018- Acknowledging Receipt of and Adopting the Tentative 2018-2019 Fiscal Year Budgets & Setting a Public Hearing Date for June 7, 2018 (the City Council will acknowledge receipt of the tentative budgets from the Manager. This does not approve the budget) XI. Consideration of Resolution 2018-13 Approving an Interlocal Agreement with Salt Lake County for Cost Sharing in the 2017-2022 UPDES Media Campaign (storm water media & education campaign) XII. Consideration of a Motion Initiating Proceedings to Amend the City's Land Use Regulations to Prohibit the Artificial Alteration of the Natural Grade of Residential Property for the Purpose of Elevating Existing Landscaping and/or any Future Structure in Excess of Two Feet Above that of those Abutting Properties Without First Referring that Matter to the Planning Commission for its Review and Approval.
